Service Update : Pausing the EzWallet service to Alipay China
Greetings from iFAST Global Bank!
We're currently pausing the EzWallet service to Alipay China, due to unforeseen circumstances. Please rest assured that we are actively working with our service provider to resolve the matter. We will keep you informed via email as soon as we have an update.
In the meantime, you can proceed with transferring CNY to a China Bank account via SWIFT by navigating to Post Login > Payment > International Transfer. If the payment is a cross-currency transaction, no fees will be charged on our end. Typically, SWIFT transfers take 2 to 5 business days to process.
